It is a practical choice for street photography, everyday moments, and travel, performing well in daylight, overcast conditions, and brighter indoor environments.

Film Characteristics

Best for:
Street: Its ISO 400 sensitivity allows faster shutter speeds when sufficient light is available, making it a practical choice for capturing moving street scenes.
Everyday: Works well in both sunny and overcast conditions, making it suitable for a wide range of everyday situations.
Travel: Its versatility is particularly useful for city trips and excursions, where lighting conditions and subjects often change.

Look & feel:
Soft: Smooth tonal transitions and gentle contrast give photographs a softer, less dramatic black-and-white appearance.

Lighting:
Mixed light: ISO 400 makes shooting in changing light easier, including sunny and overcast conditions and brighter indoor settings.
Indoors: Suitable for window light and well-lit interiors, although darker environments may require slower shutter speeds or flash.

Grain:
Normal: Displays the visible but generally unobtrusive grain characteristic of traditional ISO 400 black-and-white films.

Contrast:
Low: The difference between highlights and shadows is more subtle, resulting in softer, less contrast-heavy images.
